The Apprentice Tracking System was specifically designed to assist
training programs in managing their apprentices and journeymen. The software
tracks student demographics, applications, classes, class hours, work hours,
work assignments, pay levels, committee actions, citations, student penalties,
student history and much more. ATS has several automated modules, including
curriculum verification, class scheduling and re-rate processing, which free
users from many tasks that would normally have to be maintained manually.
The package will track multiple programs and locations simultaneously.
It has an extensive reporting system that will allow the user to not only select
what data will be included on the reports but also how it will be sorted. Reports
can be displayed, printed, exported to Excel® or converted into a PDF file. ATS
also has a complete mail merge process already built in, so your letters can be
generated by the touch of a button.
With ATS you can create as many individual user logins as necessary or use just
one. Assigning individual logins allows different security and permission levels
to be defined. User identifiable change control logs may also be generated.

3 days.
The cost of Premium ATS is and includes one ATS software license, the ATS annual maintenance
agreement for the 1st year, and 3 days on-site ATS installation, setup, training and procedure review.

The ATS maintenance agreement is currently priced at per year. Purchasing the ATS maintenance
agreement entitles your organization to unlimited phone, Web conference or Internet connection support
for any ATS software operational questions and ATS software upgrades available for download from our website.
